Hybrid Development partnered with a long time resident of Seattle’s Beacon Hill Neighborhood in the development of their lot. The owner subdivided their oversized lot into 3 separate building parcels, one with their existing single family home and then two vacant lots. The owner sold the steep site at the back of the lot to Hybrid Development who permitted and built the Hill House - a 3000 sqft single family home that abuts a greenbelt with sweeping views of the cascade mountains. Hybrid Assembly also constructed a custom single family home for the owner on the remaining vacant parcel. The hill house was sold speculatively on the open market in 2017.
