As a Hybrid Development cooperative project, the existing craftsman style home on this site was renovated and seven new townhomes were added. The project features Hybrid’s signature Flex Space at the three lower levels of each townhome to create the ultimate flexibility for owners to reconfigure and customize their space.

The interiors are designed to be minimal, efficient, and modern.  There is an abundance of natural light from oversized windows and each townhome has a penthouse that leads to a private rooftop deck.
