Standing above the street below, the Shake Shacks draw their name from their traditional cedar shake siding, a familiar site in the neighborhood. This 3-unit collection of townhomes is all but traditional, equipped with Solar Panels, EV-Charging, and a high performance building envelope that helps the units achieve a 4-Star Built Green certification. Each townhome incorporates a ground level flex space with a separate entrance to allow for AirBnB, home office, or however you see fit. Units also feature views of downtown, rooftop decks, euro-style appliances, and exposed wood ceilings.
