This single family home is located in Seattle’s Beacon Hill neighborhood. Developed, designed and built by Hybrid, the home is located on a steep hillside looking through a canopy of trees to territorial views. The defining feature of the house is the over-sized central staircase that follows the grade down the hill, connecting living spaces both vertically and horizontally.
